Sacred Girl: Spiritual Life Skills for Conscious Young Women

The mission of "Sacred Girl: Spiritual Life Skills for Conscious Young Women" is to motivate girls to empowerment through faith, self-love, confidence, and compassion.

"Sacred Girl" provides girls and young women with real-life tools to help them become spiritually connected, dynamic, and able to create healthy relationships with others and with the earth. "Sacred Girl" will help girls to establish a solid foundation for their lives; lives in which they are confident, creative, expressive, and fearless.

What People Are Saying

“I didn’t think ‘Sacred Girl’ would be a book for me, because I left that demographic behind many decades ago. But I happened upon the book release party, and upon perusing the book, so much of it spoke to me, especially some of the stuff about girls (women!) and shame. ‘Sacred Girl’ is an important part of my personal library.”

— Mary G., book lover

“‘Sacred Girl’ is really needed in this world.”

— Kris Carlson, bestselling author and co-author of the “Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff…And It’s All Small Stuff” series

“I believe you’re right on target with what girls and young women need today. You are following in the tradition of Carol Gilligan (In A Different Voice) and other forward thinking women who began to publish a new psychology of women, almost a generation ago.”

— Steven Levenkron, bestselling author of “The Best Little Girl in the World”

“As one of Kenya’s former clients, I can honestly say this book is the TRUTH! Learning the skills in this book first hand has changed my life, and and helped me become the woman I am today.”

— JJ., mom & former client

“A beautifully written book that offers life skills for women of all ages. Filled with inspiration, simple to use tips and down to earth advise, Sacred Girl is a must read for every woman, young woman or girl looking to live an empowered life!”

— Marianne Pestana, Radio Show Host, Literary Publicist and Consultant
