My style of coaching is a mind/body/spirit-centered approach to goal-setting and fulfillment that is fueled by empowering the client. My role is to hold space for my clients in a safe and nurturing way, challenge any old behaviors or deeply held beliefs that don’t serve you, and work with you to strengthen the behaviors and accountability that will make your goals achievable.
Some of my clients have very clear goals, and they need specialized support to achieve those goals. Others have an idea of what they want to do or to achieve, but they need time and guidance in order to explore their possibilities. Whatever the need, I help my clients clarify their goals and work towards them with intention, and at a pace that is comfortable for them.
